Head of Dorm (Heimleiter)
If you want to apply for an apartment, please contact the Studentenwerk as these requests will not be answered or forwarded by the head of dorm.
The head of dorm (German: "Heimleiter") is your connection to the student services office and tries to make life in the dorm as attractive as possible. Should you have questions, wishes, suggestions or criticism, feel free to visit him or her in their room.

Facilities
The residence hall offers a common room, a games room, a laundry room and a party cellar.
The rooms in the residence hall can be reserved and used by all residents of the residence hall.
To reserve the common room or party cellar, please contact the residence hall manager by email or WhatsApp to obtain the necessary keys and avoid overlapping with other residents' reservations.
The laundry room and game room are accessible at all times and can be used by anyone without a reservation😊.
Common Room
The common room can be booked with the residence manager as needed.
The room can be used for studying together during difficult exam periods or for relaxed barbecue evenings with access to the barbecue in the front courtyard of the residence.
It also has a projector and screen, ideal for a movie night or public viewing.
We also have various board games such as Werewolf, Chess, etc.
It is important that you book the room in good time and leave it clean.
A deposit will always be retained depending on the type of event and will be returned if the room is used properly.
Party Room
The bar area is ideal for birthday celebrations, parties or a relaxed evening with friends and music. You must also register in advance and pay a deposit.
Game Room
The Game Room is open at all times and can be used to play darts, billiards, table football and table tennis.
In the event of damage to property or other improper use, the room will be closed, which would be a shame. So please make sure that nothing is damaged.

Laundry Room
- Laundry room with three washing machines, two large dryers and a variety of drying racks.
- One wash costs €0.80.
